Update 165lbs after Xmas.

So it's been 6 months since I did this and was at 155lbs, I kept eating well and exercising a little, but not as well as I should. Before Christmas I was at 161lbs and today am at 165lbs. Which is to be expected! So I'm getting back into this and logging, hopefully to get around 150lbs by March and more toned as well as slimmer and fitter.
