Day 30 of 90 & 10lbs of 20lb

Ok so I am on day 30 of 90, weight wise I've hit 164lbs and that's half way to target (down from 174). Although I still need to up activity further.

I've increased calorie intake to 1500 a day (10,500 per week).
The plan will be the same, basically the same food just a little more of it and up the walking/weights.

I won't be doing a daily run down, as I the first 30days are the hardest. I'll do a weekly summary of food intake and activity, as well as any other key points to draw out from the week
