Day 2
Woke up not feeling to bad, pretty alert and happy. Had a brew and quick abs exercise to kick start the day - still only starting small, 2 minutes and done
- 20 Crunches
- 10 Cross Crunches
- 10 V Rotations
I have had a few small cravings for snacks so an Apple and a pint of water subsided that, Nando's for tea, this will be the test, as I'm aiming to go without Bread or Chips.... so I reckon 1/2 a chicken and sweetcorn should be within my limit for today.

Walk to office (0.8km)
Lunch:
Walk around Industrial Estate & Stadium (2.66km 28mins)
Evening:
Walk to car (0.8km)

8:00 - Strong Coffee w/ 20ml skimmed milk
9:00 - 2x Wheatabix & 100ml skimmed Milk
10:00 - Water 1pint
10:30 - Coffee w/ 20ml skimmed milk
12:00 - Turkey Salad (Onion/Lettuce/Cucumber/Tomatoes)
12:00 - Water 1pint
15:30 - Medium Apple
16:00 - Pint Vimto
18:00 - Nandos' butterfly Chicken Breast (hot)
Nando's Sweetcorn
