Day 11 - Friday

OK this will be a challenge to maintain discipline! I'm out with work for Chicken Wings and Drinks this evening, I want to keep my calories at 2000 for the day to maintain!
If I have 10 wings and 10 single Gin & Slimline tonics, we should be good, tho after that many drinks I may falter! 


Today's Exercise:

08:00 - Walk to the office 1km 
17:30 - Walk to the Car 1km 
18:00 - Walking around bars etc (tbc)

Today's Food:
09:00 - Coffee w/ 20ml skimmed milk
10:00 - Wheatbix with skimmed milk
10:00 - Coffee w/ skimmed milk
12:00 - Pint of water
12:00 - Quorn Chilli, Tendersteam Broccoli & Carrots
14:00 - Pint of Water
18:00 - 5 Hotter than the sun Chicken Wings & 5 tequila wings
19:00 .. onwards - 8x 25ml Gin and Slimline Tonics
20:00 - 2 tequila and 1x Heineken

Calories consumed: 1,942
Additional Calories burnt: 392

More than I wanted.. and also 1 nacho pastie but that was breakfasts tomorrow, technically. I walked 4km home on top of several Km through the nights.😁😆

Still net neutral calories so hopefully can maintain weightloss and have fun.
