Day 12 - Saturday hangover

Hah hangovers are the diets devil!
Nacho Pasty at 2am, chips for lunch. Salad for tea though so not the worst day


Today's Exercise:
I did walk 4km home at 2am. That was all

Today's Food:
02:00 - Nacho pasty
12:00 - Pint of water
12:00 - Chips & chicken strips
14:00 - Pint of Water
18:00 - Chicken salad
23:00 - 1 slice of wholemeal bread

Weight a few days ago: 170.6lbs
Calories consumed: 1,273
Additional Calories burnt: 200 (classing my walk home early AM, given it was over 5,000 steps!)
