Day 13

Still recovering from Friday and very lazy! Not good. But I've plans to start a gym next week, free pass so j have to go now!

KFC for tea :( my brunch was small so has lots of spare calories, but not good eating most calories in 1 sitting.

12:00 - 2 Linda McCartney Sausages, 1 wholemeal bread, 1/3 can of beans.
14:00 - Pint of Water
20:00 - KFC (1 chicken breast, 1 leg, 2 chicken wings, and a small chips)
20:00 - Water
