Day 15 - Back on track(ish)

So trying to get a routine whilst feeling unwell isn't easy I just want pizza and chocolate but I'm stkll holding strong! Had a slice of pizza yesterday but had a small dinner so compensated... Probably too much under yesterday tho.

Today back in the office, and still trying a walk at lunch to move around - only small today, but bigger tomorrow, routine.


Today's Exercise:

08:00 - Walk to the office 1km 
12:00 - Some sort of lunch walk (1.8km)
17:30 - Walk to the Car 1km

09:00 - Coffee w/ 20ml skimmed milk
10:00 - Wheatbix with skimmed milk
10:00 - Coffee w/ skimmed milk
12:00 - Pint of water
12:00 - Linda McCartney Sausages, Tendersteam Broccoli & Carrots
14:00 - Pint of Water
18:00 - Quorn Chilli & Broccoli
19:00 - Few Moam sweets
