Day 16 - Wednesday

So tired in the morning, sweets in the evening was not the best thing to have, even if it was a small amount.

Extremely tempted by Crunchies in the fridge at work, so I went for a long walk instead to clear my mind from them! Although I'm under my 1,400 calories each day so I need to reassess the meal plan, chuck in some more protein or nut snacks.

On the plus, I think I'm feeling better now.
