Day 17 - Thursday

These days are flying by! Added an extra 0.2km to the lunch walk, nothing too strenuous. Food is still pretty easy I'm feeling full but not bloated, the occasional desire for Salt and Vinegar crisps but I've managed so far to stop the temptations.

Alcohol is sometimes difficult, I really want a drink some evenings after work. This evening was one, but I'm out at a gig tomorrow and in London on the Saturday at a gig, so I'll save my units for that.,
