Day 18 - Another Friday
Easy to wake up today. I've been holding some Calories this week, about 1100 a day so I can do about 2000 Friday and Saturday night. Let be honest no point dieting if your can't also have fun. I have too mant gigs booked in to take a hiatus for 3 months. Check out my other blog alifeofmusic.rocks
Yea today was one of them days, so is tomorrow. Saw a band called Indoor Pets and drank 2 and a half pints, then had a fried egg on toast when I got in. Baaaad! But I did pogo a bunch of calories off.
Banking calories is something I want to try so ate less this week, saving around 350 a day. I think based on 1,500 Calories banked this week I used 500 tonight. Which gives me 1000 extra this Weekend... So for a Saturday in London I have 2200 Calories (leaving 200 extra for hangover cure).
I hope this works and I continue to lose about 1.5lbs a week - you'll find out.
