Work is the devil for diets, always someone with cakes of chocolates... Needless to say I ended up having some, setting this week to a bad start. Working from home tomorrow but that means I won't get the exercise, so need to be on point with food in the house. No shit. Loads of veg and that tho so should do well to get back on track.
