Day 25

First day feeling bored, I really don't want my lunch. Doesn't help there are 24 Krispy Kreme donuts behind me! I perceiver though. Though I did have 2 donuts in the afternoon and 4 Gin & Tonics. The weekend is going to be a challenge. I am aiming to stay around 1800 calories this weekend to atleast maintain net intake/slight loss. I will aim to only have 1000 calories tomorrow if I can and get some extra exercise.
