Day 29 - Easter Monday

Ok I've been eating and drinking around my base metabolic rate this weekend so I expect to have gained some water weight back. I won't weigh myself until tomorrow morning, then I can find out exactly where I'm upto, cut back on sugary foods from today and edge back into the stricter diet for the rest of this week, that'll put me through the first 30 days and then I'll change my target calories to around 11,000 a week (currently 10,000). And slowly increase it to 12,000 by the end of the next 30 days, hopefully by day 90 I'm used to a steady 14,000.
