Day 30 to 36

Maintain same process, first few days this week were hard, doing some long workshops with work. This ment hard to exercise and eat well, but reduced evening meal to compensate any bread ate at lunch.
Few days over the goal of 1500, but if I've gone over due to going for a meal or drinks then I ensure it stays below 2000.

Overall lost over 1lbs and half the time are considerably above my goal, most these days were due to eating too much sugar or having a few snacks!
