Day 8

Feeling awake and good today.

Forgot to make my lunch last night so still had prepared chicken I chucked in some carrots and tenderstem broccoli in a rush. It was actually nice with the final bit of vindaloo sauce.

Felt a little tired after the walk this afternoon but a tangerine and a nice cold drink good as new, had half a cider as a long day and needed a treat, but still hit the limit of calories and did keeping to schedule so all is well! Getting easier I think each day.

Today's Exercise:
08:00 - Walk to the Office 1km
12:20 - Lunch walk (2.52km, 24mins)
17:00 - Walk to the Car 1km 

Today's Food:
09:00 - Coffee w/ 20ml skimmed milk
09:00 - Wheatabix & Skimmed Milk
12:00 - Pint of water
12:00 - Chicken, Carrots & Tenderstem Broccoli. and drop of leftover vindaloo sauce
14:00 - Pint of Water
15:00 - small Tangerine
17:30 - Quorn Chicken Pie, Carrots, Peas, baby corn and gravy
20:00 - Half pint of Cider - slipped here but only a little sniffle to be honest :)
