Day 37 to 43 - Portion sizes & Birthday

So this week Ive eaten out several times. Nandos,
Frankie and Benny's  both times eating chicken and chips (no buns). Extra walking as well, aiming for 5k a day the first few days, minimum of 3k speed walking each week day. My birthday weekend so several gins, bottle of wine in Friday and meal out one day! (Steak, with veg)

Key changes for the next few weeks is working on smaller portions. Breakfast hangover? 1 slice of toast, burger and half a veggie sausage

Pizza and Pasta...mmm this is my worst day yet carby carb carbs! But only a small amount of pasta 

So the food this bank holiday and my birthday have not been the best food for diet but I've still indulged  and been drunk. Wonder what the scales will show



Day 37 (Tues) - Food 1757cal, Exercise 180cal
Day 38 (Weds) - Food 1378cal, Exercise 191cal
Day 39 (Thur) - Food 1263cal, Exercise 159cal
Day 40 (Fri)  -  Food 2443cal, Exercise 79cal (full bottle of wine this evening, hence the calories)

Day 41 (Sat) - Food 1654cal, Exercise 60cal (meal out)

Day 42 (Sun) - Food 1856cal, Exercise 20cal (several find)
Day 43(Mon) - Food 986cal, Exercal 0cal (Bank holiday Monday)


Weight day 37: 163.9 lbs
Weight day 43: 161.4 lbs
