Day 44 to 50 - passed the 1 stone mark.

Half way through and I've completed 75% of my target.

The good thing now is I know what I can and can't eat to lose weight. I've managed portion sizes to fair sizes, feel full and barely feel hungry. I've got passed the desire to just eat the sake of it, don't get me wrong I have the occasion piece of chocolate or cake but it's not habitual.

Pizzas are limited, but half an oven mozeralla pizza is 220cal, where as a full pepperoni one is 700cal. It's easy to see how you can have treat responsibly.

Massive win... DRINKING, despite a bottle of wine last week, most the drinking i do is Gin or Vodka with Slim Tonic and Lemon. The calories in 10 singles drinks is still less that 1 pint! That's 10units for 250cal as opposed to 2.4 units for 256cal.

Although drinking less and not during the week is definitely a winner too, less bloating and less likely to eat bad.

I've gone out for meals 3 nights a week, cinema trip including treats, and just stepped up my walking during my lunch hour. Seems a little too easy.
