Days 58 to 64

2/3rds way time, weight is 75% there, loss weight has slowed but as expected. Also mainly due to a gig night and Festival - lots of food and booze (gin was not an option)

I noticed there are meals I don't feel hungry and could easily skip meals - not the best (2 months ago I'd be starving all the time), I don't want to go into starvation so I always eat each meal.

Eating to lose/maintain weight and I feel so much better, less processed/shit food... But I'm still able to drink several times a week. Carbs are much less, maybe 35% max, keeping proteins about 35%, fat 30%

Wake up feeling great and energetic, even with just 5 or 6hours sleep. Tho more sleep is good, if you're tired you want to eat more, my sleep pattern is more like 5-7 hours a night normally and that's all I need and it works for me.
